Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 24, 2020, Kezar Life Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2020 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The final results for each of the proposals submitted to a vote of the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting are set forth below. The proposals set forth below are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 29, 2020.
Proposal 1: The Company’s stockholders elected the Board’s two nominees as Class II directors to serve on the Board until the 2023 annual meeting of stockholders, or until their successors are duly elected and qualified, by the votes set forth in the table below:
